SoulBody Barre Unhitched is a full body workout that shapes, tones, and strengthens the body as it combines principals of Pilates, yoga, dance and traditional interval strength training with bursts of cardio. We use a light weighted bar for both the weighted and ‘center balanced barre’ portion of class along with an inflatable Pilates ball.More about Kim:
Kim is a certified Soulbody Barre Unhitched instructor. She has been teaching at various gyms since 2018 and she can't wait to bring this format to Emphico. The reason she loves Unhitched so much is it incorporates Barre and ballet inspired moves, but with a fun twist of yoga and Pilates and much more. The core tracks are fire! In this format, the littlest moves make all the difference. She can't wait to strengthen and tone you lovely people! She has also taught Zumba fitness in the past and most recently received a Certification in Pound Unplugged. 2024 is a big year for her as her fiance and she are building a house and getting married this summer.
