MENOPAUSE AND YOU - because this season of life deserves conversation, care, and compassion
Sadie will share her lived experience as a midlife woman, health coach, and adversity pivoter. She has personally navigated physical and emotional changes and offers a safe and humanistic space. Real soul talk happens; stories are shared, and a sense of sisterhood unfolds naturally.
As a woman who has personally journeyed through deep health shifts in her mid-40’s, the afternoon is all about sharing warmth, honesty, and exploring what works best for your body, energy, mind and wellbeing.
You don’t have to have it all figured out – let’s take the mystery out of midlife and menopause together. Because you matter and menopause is no longer taboo!
Sadie is a HCANZA accredited Health and Wellness Coach, and Menopause Coaching Specialist, with over 25 years’ experience in wellbeing and resilience. Sadie’s commitment is to support women to go within, rediscover their strengths and values, and live with resilience and grace.
TIME: 2.00pm-3.30pm
COST: $25 pp includes light refreshments
