🌙 Ceremonial Cacao- heart-opening cacao to soften and centre the body and spirit, and to help you drop into deeper listening.
🧘♀️ Guided Meditation- a lunar womb meditation to call in your inner light and invite soul remembering.
📓 Journalling- a sacred page + pen for your reflections and inner knowing as part of the ceremony.
🎶 Sound Journey- grounding soundscapes to integrate what you’ve opened into your field.
