Our 4-week Beginners Yoga Course is designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga in a slow, supportive, and encouraging environment. Whether you’re completely new or coming back after a long break, this course will help you build confidence, strength, mobility, and a deeper connection to your breath.
Each week we’ll explore:
• Foundational postures and safe alignment
• Functional movement to support everyday life
• Breathing practices to settle the nervous system
• Simple ways to build a sustainable yoga routine
• A soothing Hañsa Rest to integrate and unwind
No flexibility needed — just curiosity and an open heart.
