Sound Medicine for the Soul

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound, stillness, and relaxation.

During this immersive sound bath experience, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep rest while surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. As the sounds wash over you, the body and mind are invited to relax, helping to ease stress, quiet mental chatter, and promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.

No experience is necessary. Simply arrive in comfortable clothing, and bring a pillow if you require one. Comfortable matting, blankets and eye masks will be provided for you. All you need to do is allow yourself the opportunity to rest, restore, and receive.

The sound immersion will begin at approximately 6:30pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle into your space, as late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun in order to avoid disturbing other participants.

• A chair if you can not get onto the floor
• An extra blanket, if you require more than one
• Pillow or cushion
• Water bottle

Although sound baths are generally safe for most people, please consult your GP or healthcare professional if you have any medical concerns before booking.

Please do not book this event if you are:

• Pregnant
• Living with epilepsy or a seizure disorder
• Wearing a pacemaker or other implanted medical device
• Using a cochlear implant
• Experiencing a severe mental health condition
