Our Self-development Social is our monthly evening meetup for anyone interested in personal growth, mindset, wellness and spiritual growth.
We'll connect with like-minded people, have meaningful conversations, learn and grow together!
What to Expect:
START TIME OF 6.30PM IS FOR THOSE WANTING TO EAT, HAVE A CATCH UP OR GET TO KNOW PEOPLE BEFORE THE SPEAKER STARTS AT APPROX. 7.15PM. YOU ARE WELCOME TO ARRIVE ANYTIME BETWEEN 6.30PM AND 7.10PM. THERE WILL ALSO BE TIME FOR CONVERSATION AFTERWARDS.

How the evening goes:

*We’ll then get to know each other and have some uplifting conversations (using conversation prompt cards) on personal growth, mindset and life in general!

This month‘s speaker is one I am hugely excited about!
Chris Stockil.
Chris is a Mindset Coach and Inspirational Speaker, who has faced some life adversities which found him stuck in addiction, feeling suicidal to a point he tried to find an exit in life.
Chris made a decision to do the work to learn about himself, emotions, rebranding his identity and how to overcome adversity to completely change his life.
He is now an advocate for Sobriety, Mental Health and inspiring people to change their life.
Through Inspirational Speaking and Coaching he is sharing his story along the way...
After a break from speaking, Chris is back to share wisdom with us at Cogs.
Come and join us for an enlightening evening. We are a friendly and supportive group who will make you feel welcome even if you find meeting new people daunting!
