For those who have never experienced a Soundbath before, you will be lying down comfortably on a mat, being bathed in sound and frequencies. Sound practitioner, Claire, carefully tailors each session to work with the group and beautifully tunes the instruments to aid in relaxation and to help you truly switch-off.
