Join me for a heart-centered afternoon devoted to self-love, appreciation, and authentic connection.

This in-person experience weaves together a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a guided self-love meditation, and a restorative sound bath. This is a space to soften, receive, and reconnect with the love that already lives within you.

The more love we give to ourselves, the more love we have to give to others.

Together, we’ll slow down and gently shift out of doing mode and into being. he ceremonial cacao will support emotional openness and presence, while sound and guided meditation help dissolve tension and awaken a deeper sense of compassion and appreciation for yourself.

What to Bring & How to Prepare

To support your comfort and relaxation during the experience, please come prepared with the following:

• A yoga mat or something to lie on (this location does not provide mats)
• A pillow and blanket to stay warm and comfortable as your body fully relaxes
• Clothing that feels soft, cozy, and grounding
• Optional: An eye mask or small cloth to rest over your eyes during meditation and sound healing

Please arrive on time to settle into the space and prepare for your journey.

Come alone, with your significant other, with family, or with your besties! No prior experience with meditation, cacao, or sound healing is needed. Simply bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
