Yoga Nidra, known as ‘yogic sleep,’ is a powerful practice that guides you into a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing for profound rest, nervous system healing, and subconscious reprogramming. As you rest comfortably, soothing crystal singing bowls will enhance the experience, while Reiki energy is gently woven throughout the session to support deep energetic healing and balance.

No movement or experience is required—just lay down, listen, and receive. A cushion and blanket will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring a hoodie or an extra blanket for added comfort.
