Soul Flow Yoga - this uplifting and energetic vinyasa style practice will ignite your inner light as we move and flow to strengthen the body, engage the core and connect with the breath. Beginning with grounding meditation then warming flow, moving fluidly from one power posture to another focused on creating balance and breath intention. Mixed with mindful alignment and the occasional yin posture to ease into a deeper place of revitalized healing. This practice brings vital energy to all parts of your being while cleansing the body and calming the mind. The pace allows for opportunities to explore deeper variations of poses. Yoga postures are adaptable for all levels whether you like a more challenging or grounding practice. This class is progressive which helps awaken strength, energy, and flexibility to help build your foundation for a meaningful yoga practice.
