Join us for a special 2-hour GLOW Yoga + Turn Up - Party Night! This FUN annual event combines three high-energy back-to-back classes with glow in the dark body paint and Halloween themed music. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.20 min Turn Up with Dusty: Turn Up is a fierce fusion of dance, cardio, and strength—powered by Hip-Hop, R&B, and reclaiming your energy. It’s a place to sweat, shake it, and step into your confidence! All levels welcome and encouraged - no dance experience required.
20 min Buti Yoga Glow with Neda: The beat of the music guides your movement in this FUN fusion of power yoga, HIIT, cardio, dance, strength conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. This unique yoga practice, known for its dynamic-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and pelvic mobility will tone and shape your body. Feel empowered and energized as you move and sweat with intention!
20 min Power Yoga Flow with Kelly: Fusing traditional yoga flow with core strengthening to balance the body, we'll stretch and flow through dynamic movements and uplifting music to release stress and let go. Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy moments of relaxation alternated with powerful vinyasa sequences. Ending with deep stretching, followed by relaxation and meditation to leave you feeling refreshed!
Afterward, the party continues with refreshing ciders, bubbly mocktails, infused water and light appetizers & snacks while browsing the TW boutique shop!
Glow your body with neon temp tattoos and body paint included in your kit. Encouraged to wear glow in the dark, bright neon &/or animal print workout clothing, whatever glows best in black light. Arrive early to get your glow body paint ready!!
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel and water! Hydration Advised!
