About this Event
Soul Conscious Meditation takes us to a place inside that feels like home. A place beyond the chattering mind, a place where we feel comfortable, peaceful and at ease. Not a different version of ourself with a new haircut or a changed physique, but something beyond the image in the mirror. A wise and compassionate part of us, that we sense has always been there but might have seemed beyond our reach.
This workshop - with an accompanying free booklet - will explain how to switch on our higher nature so that we are comfortable being ourself, happier travelling through the normal rumble of life. And also have the inner power to solve challenges with wisdom and good grace.

Wendy Marshall is a meditator, sculptor and social entrepreneur.
Wendy Marshall is a meditator, sculptor and social entrepreneur. She has a life long interest in making meditation fun, engaging and accessible, and has created meditation series for children, teens and adults. Her work in the community involves a new approach to helping young people who are struggling see the best version of themselves. She says: “I feel that meditation has opened many doors in my creative life enabling me to see remarkable possibilities. There is nothing more beautiful than finding peace in the middle of a busy day and experiencing silence when you need it most.”
