About the Hosts:

Kamila

Kamila has been engaged in spiritual self-exploration for the past year and a half, with a focus on shadow work, body awareness, and integrating suppressed aspects of the self through reflection and personal practice.

Gemny

Gemny is an ontological coach and creator of the Cosmic Ikigai method. She integrates ancient wisdom with modern coaching techniques to guide transformational journeys. With a grounded approach combining spirituality, energy work, and actionable strategies, Gemny facilitates workshops and sessions focused on authentic living and personal growth.

Theme of this session: Shadow Work

In spirituality, the shadow refers to the parts of ourselves that remain unconscious or hidden — often emotions, traits, or energies that were suppressed over time.

In this session, we will explore shadow work through both spiritual and psychological perspectives, using lived experience, dialogue, and embodied awareness.

Topics may include:

• What the shadow is and how it forms
• How shadow can appear somatically (in the body) and psychologically
• How it shows up in relationships, triggers, and recurring patterns
• Ways of acknowledging and integrating shadow aspects consciously

The discussion will be guided by the facilitators and shaped organically by the group’s questions and reflections.

Structure of the Gathering:

The event will follow a loose, flexible structure, allowing space for depth and spontaneity:

1. Introduction – setting the context, defining shadow work, and establishing an interactive tone
2. Drawing Exercise – a simple creative exercise to explore and express your shadow visually (materials provided; no artistic skills needed)
3. Open Discussion – a guided conversation with space for questions, shared perspectives, and reflection (active participation optional)
4. Closing Practice – a guided meditation combining breathwork, visualization, and gentle body awareness, inviting participants to notice how shadow may show up somatically and to soften those areas through conscious breathing and presence
