Ever felt like someone understands what’s happening inside your body — even before you say a word? That’s how I work.

When I offer Reiki, I don’t just channel energy — I perceive your inner state through sensation in my own body. Patterns of tension, shutdown, or overstimulation become visible somatically, and clients consistently recognize themselves in what comes up.

I hold a trauma-aware, regulated space. If you’ve experienced emotional overwhelm, abandonment, chronic stress, or shutdown, your system is met with care and stability — while still being guided toward release and clarity.

Each session is personal. What we reflect on afterward depends on the level you choose (see below). Not every session includes a full energetic breakdown — this is intentional and clearly structured.

What Reiki Is (in grounded terms):

Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing practice that supports balance in the body’s energy centers (often called chakras).

• Emotions, stress, and experiences that aren’t fully processed tend to get stored as tension or stuck energy
• When energy doesn’t flow well, people feel unbalanced emotionally, mentally, or physically
• When energy flows freely, people tend to feel calmer, clearer, and more present

In my sessions, Reiki is usually used to:

• Balance and harmonize energy centers
• Release stored emotional or mental tension
• Cleanse the energetic field
• Support deep relaxation and clarity
• Shadow work
• Subconscious limiting beliefs

You don’t need to “believe” in anything — Reiki works gently, safely, and adapts to what your body and mind are ready for.

Session Structure & Pricing

Before each session, I connect with your energy about 30 minutes in advance, sensing tensions, blockages, or sensations in your body.

Every session includes full Reiki healing. Each Reiki session can address the same issues or challenges. The difference is how much, attention, insight and guidance I provide before, during and after session, not the healing itself.

For first-timers, I may suggest focusing on balancing your overall energy rather than working on a precise issue, but it's up to you.

🌿 Basic Session — €40

Full Reiki healing + short reflection

• 60-minute Reiki session

🌊 Extended Session — €60

Full Reiki healing + detailed insight and guidance

• 60-minute Reiki session
• Energy balancing and harmonization
• Release of emotional or physical tension
• Optional work on a specific issue or recurring pattern
• 15-minute reflection afterward
• Detailed observations from the session
• Explanation of patterns, themes, or connections
• Guidance for integrating insights into daily life
• More insight, reflection, and actionable guidance

Best for:

• Clients who want deeper understanding of energetic patterns
• Exploring recurring emotional or behavioral patterns
• Deep spiritual or personal self-development

🔮 Advanced Session — €80

Full Reiki healing + deep analysis + personalized feedback

What you get:

• Extended Reiki session (may last longer than 60 minutes)
• Energy balancing and harmonization
• Release of emotional or physical tension
• Optional work on a specific issue, pattern, or intention
• I actively take notes during the session on sensations, tensions, and energetic responses
• Pre-session energetic connection (around 30 minutes before) to sense dominant patterns, blocks, or themes
• 30-minute reflection afterward
• Personalized written summary sent by email, including:
• Key energetic sensations and blockages observed
• Possible root themes or subconscious patterns
• Explanation of relevant energy centers (chakras) involved
• Practical suggestions for aftercare and next steps

This session offers the highest level of insight, clarity, and guidance, while still including full Reiki healing.

Best for:

• Clients who want a deep understanding of their energetic and emotional patterns
• Working with subconscious beliefs, recurring life loops, or long-standing blocks
• Personal or spiritual development with structure and reflection
• Those who want written feedback to revisit and work with over time

Aftercare

• Drink plenty of water
