Soothing Sunday Sound Bath

Take a refreshing journey through the healing art of sound. This session is themed to bring your mind & body back into alignment. Sound meditation creates a healing space for you to explore your subconscious and allows you to tap into the infinite wisdom that resides inside of you. When we are in the present moment of being, we can access this space of deep healing. These soothing sounds will help quiet a busy mind, relax your nervous system, and guide you into an hour of peaceful presence.

Some benefits are: better sleep, better circulation, lower blood pressure, less mood swings, increased creativity, mental sharpness, reduced frustration/anger, and less stress.

This sound bath will also include a 32" symphonic gong, frosted crystal sound bowls, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, xylophone, and monochord. Surrounded by fresh rose petals to amplify the collective vibration and the serenity of birds singing as the sun sets over the canyon of Mission Hills, you'll feel the healing comfort and connection of this experience from within.

*Note: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before we begin to settle into the space. Doors will open at 6:50pm and we will begin promptly at 7pm*

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water. Complimentary eye masks will be provided.
