Sometimes described as a subtle sound massage, the Sonic Tune-Up holistic sound sessions are gently felt in the body. Leah's shaman gong and crystal singing bowl of 184 Hz create resonant waves of harmonics capable of traveling throughout the body, calming the nervous system, and inducing meditative states.

Subtle energetic flows are re-entrained by skillful application of cadence and frequencies, leaving participants refreshed and relaxed.
