Jessica opens our morning with a heart-warming cacao teaching and offers gentle reiki throughout the experience. In her coaching and reiki practice, she meets people exactly where they are — helping them build simple, sustainable habits that reconnect mind, body, and spirit. Her work centers empowerment, guiding others back to their own rhythm, their own peace, and their own inner home. Her guiding mantra: “Take what serves you, and leave what doesn’t. True wellness is personal.”

Lizzy — Storytelling & Music
Lizzy begins by sharing a short teaching on Enya — the visionary who reshaped New Age music through layered vocals, ethereal production, and imaginative sonic worlds. Enya’s artistry became a portal for emotional clarity, deep rest, and spiritual openness, influencing ambient and cinematic music for decades.

From there, Lizzy guides us into an Enya Portal — beginning with Watermark and flowing through a curated selection of Enya’s albums on vinyl. Each record brings its own texture, tone, and emotional color, creating a soundtrack for movement, painting, cacao, and reiki in one seamless, immersive journey.

She’s joined by two extraordinary women from the healing community:

Lisa — Creative Movement & Painting
Lisa leads the bridge between movement and intuitive artmaking. You’ll move your body into right-brain flow, then translate what surfaces onto canvas through colors, textures, splatters, and even crushed gemstones. With her grounding presence and passion for unlocking creativity, Lisa creates a space where expression feels natural, playful, and free.
