Sonic Meridian Sessions - Acupuncture and Sound Bath

Join us for a unique combination of sound and ear acupuncture in this deeply restorative group session at The Yoga Tree in Norwich.

Poppy will guide you through an immersive and meditative sound journey using seven crystal singing bowls and gentle percussive instruments, whilst Hannah will apply ear acupuncture, a powerful treatment that works in harmony with sound therapy to enhance relaxation and restore balance.
Sound baths and ear acupuncture are both known to ease stress, support the nervous system, and encourage the body’s natural healing state.
