Expect a beautifully lit, atmospheric space with a cosy, magical vibe. We'll begin with gentle breathing exercises to help you settle, followed by a short guided meditation to invite calm and presence.
Then, you’ll be guided into a soothing sound journey, designed to support deep relaxation and shared stillness. Let the sounds of earthy shakers and drums, glimmering chimes, resonant rumbling gongs, ethereal crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments wash over you, calming the body and soothing the mind.
Experience pure relaxation and a deeply meditative state of mind.
This is a chance to pause, connect, and simply be; all under the theme of Autumn's release, rest, and the changing season. All welcome.
I have a limited number of yoga mats and blankets; please let me know if you would like to borrow anything at the time of booking. Please do bring as many soft furnishings and yoga accessories as you like to make yourself comfortable. I have even had people bring air beds and duvets in the past! Whatever makes your experience comfortable and enjoyable. Do wear clothes you feel able to relax in.
Doors will open about 10 minutes before we are due to start so you can get settled. Please note I am unable to let you in before then as I will be busily setting up equipment and ensuring we have a tranquil and magical environment for our beautiful musical experience.

There is plenty of free parking at the venue, it is all on one level and toilets are available.
