ReAlign™ Special Sites Candlelit Alchemy Sound bath Norwich has always been a meeting point of history, spirit, and artistry, and few venues embody this heritage more than the elegant Assembly Rooms. Built in the 18th century, this grand space has long been a gathering place for music, culture, and community. Its chandeliers and high ceilings have carried centuries of resonance, and this November, they will hold the frequencies of alchemical sound.
On this night, the Music Room at the Assembly Rooms will be transformed. Hundreds of candles will bathe the hall in golden light, creating a sanctuary of stillness and presence in the very heart of the city.
Within this extraordinary atmosphere, we will hold a powerful 1-hour ReAlign™ Alchemy Sound Bath, a restorative journey that weaves the energies of light, sound, and season.

You are welcome to linger in the candlelit stillness afterwards, allowing the frequencies to integrate before returning to the outer world.
Please bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for comfort
Layers of warm, comfortable clothing
Water to stay hydrated.
Accessibility:
The Assembly Rooms are fully accessible with disabled access and nearby parking (The Forum).
Seating will be available for those who prefer chairs to mats.
