Somatic Workshop: Get Out of Your Head and into Your Body

Join clinically trained therapists, Megan & Mindy, for our new Somatic Workshop offerings in Brownsburg, Indiana. Sessions are offered bi-weekly starting Thursday, July 25th from 6-7 pm at the Elevate Office Suits.

During each session, participants will learn techniques to better feel and understand their emotions and their bodies. All techniques are researched-based and instructed by a clinically trained therapist.
