Rooted in the principles of somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, trauma-informed yoga and mindful movement, this class offers a unique opportunity to explore the intricate connections between body, mind, and heart centered awareness. Students will also be guided to work with the vagus nerve, the primary regulator of the autonomic nervous system and learn useful resources for calming techniques for everyday life.
