Join us for a chill morning starting with the usual chit-chat and catch up at 10am. At 11am, Zoe will lead a workshop where we’ll work with the body to express our rage and stoke our inner fire. It’s all about letting your frustration speak through embodiment and free movement. Then we will touch on journalling to reflect what comes up during the movement. From 12 onwards, there’s more time to hang out and chat.
