Get ready to unleash your inner artist and transform a papier-mâché pumpkin into a beautiful, personalised autumn masterpiece, perfect for adding a unique handmade touch to your seasonal décor. You’ll receive your very own 23cm papier-mâché pumpkin, ready to decorate, along with a wide variety of autumn-inspired tissue papers and decorative napkins, decoupage glue and all the materials you’ll need to bring your ideas to life. Whether you love traditional autumn colours, pretty florals, bold patterns or something a little different, you can mix and match from the papers available to create a pumpkin that is completely unique to you. I’ll be on hand throughout the workshop with step-by-step tuition, inspiration, demonstrations and plenty of helpful tips. No previous art or craft experience is necessary – you just need to be up for trying something new, getting creative and having fun! Everything you need will be provided, so simply come along, relax and enjoy a cosy and creative afternoon at Flora Café. Flora will have a wonderful selection of refreshments available to purchase before, during and after the workshop, making it the perfect opportunity to enjoy a coffee, something delicious and a little creative time for yourself.

Run by Alison, an Art & Photography teacher and practising artist, Alys Arty Lens grew from a love of photography, nature, art and all things handmade. Alongside creating and selling original photography, prints, art and crafts, Alison now hosts friendly creative workshops designed to give everyone the chance to switch off, try something new and enjoy making.
From Art & Crafty Afternoons at Flora to seasonal workshops and special evening sessions, each event offers a different creative experience, including painting, decoupage, mixed media and other arts and crafts.
You don't need to be able to draw or have any previous experience. Guidance, tuition and materials are provided, so you can simply come along, get creative and enjoy some time for yourself in a cosy and sociable atmosphere.
