Somatic Breathwork at Cactus Joe's

Bring a mat or pull up a chair for this gentle movment and breath practice, designed to helping you expand your lungs and your comfort level moving your body. Enjoy your practice from within the shelter of the clear sided greenhouse, shielded from the elements but not the beauty of the redrock desert floor.

We will practice several breath patterns, including one to help build heat from wthin - perfect timing as the weather beings to cool off. We will also use rapid breath to increase circulation for the soundbowl soundbath session followng directly after at 9am.

Please bring Yoga mat or a blanket, as well as water and comfortable clothes, whatever that is to you. You may want to bring a blindfold as well,as sensory deprivation can heighten other senses. We will be seated mos of the time, so blindfold should not be an issue moving around.

• Please also bring any props or bolsters that help you get comfortable.
• Donation based with $15 suggestion per session. ( but dont let cost stop you from coming out!)
• Bring layers as the temperature may change rapidly before the event
