This unique two-hour journey begins with guided somatic breathwork, designed to gently move you out of the mind and into the body. Through intentional breathing, you’ll create space for the release of stored stress, emotional tension, and mental clutter, supporting nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness.
As the breathwork journey comes to a close, you’ll be guided into stillness, allowing your body to integrate the experience. From this grounded, open state, the session will transition into a restorative sound bath, where soothing frequencies and multi-instrumental sound healing support deep relaxation, balance, and inner calm.
Using a variety of ancient and therapeutic instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more, you’ll be guided through three energetic zones inspired by the chakra system: grounding, heart, and celestial. This progression supports a full-body reset, helping to quiet the mind and activate the body’s natural healing processes.
Set within the healing environment of the Himalayan salt cave, this experience naturally enhances relaxation, grounding, and respiratory wellness, creating the ideal space to slow down, release, and reconnect.

Jared Andrade
Breathwork Practitioner
"I didn’t set out to become a breathwork facilitator or wellness coach. I set out to survive, and along the way, I learned how to heal. Life asked me to grow up fast. Right after my senior year of high school, I became a father. Responsibility arrived overnight, and I answered it the only way I knew how: by working. I took a full-time construction job and stacked two more on top of it, doing whatever it took to provide for my family. Discipline became my foundation. Hard work became my language.
Years later, that same discipline led me into corrections. Becoming a correctional officer felt like a rebirth, one that brought steady income, structure, and purpose back into my life. I built financial security, met the woman who would become my wife, and together we welcomed another son. From the outside, life looked solid. Strong. Successful.
My career in corrections took a definitive turn during a tactical cell intervention. While managing an inmate’s resistance to ensure the safety of those on-site, I sustained a debilitating injury. The resulting permanent disability became the catalyst for my transition from front-line response to wellness advocacy.
Overnight, I lost the ability to do the things that made me feel like myself, playing with my son, working out, golfing, being active with my family. The pain wasn’t just physical. It seeped into my identity, my mindset, and my spirit. Surgeries and medications kept me functioning, but they didn’t bring me back to life. Depression followed. Anger followed. And eventually, a quiet question surfaced: There has to be another way.
I began exploring non-traditional healing modalities out of necessity. I studied cold exposure with Wim Hof and breathwork with Kurtis Lee Thomas. I discovered grounding, fire ritual, meditation, and prayer. Breath gave me back clarity. Stillness gave me strength. Presence gave me purpose.
Today, I guide others through that same doorway. As a Breathwork Detox Facilitator, I created the Ultimitt You Method, blending ancient practices with modern performance tools to help people move from survival mode into a grounded, powerful life."
