After entering Lincoln Woods State Park from Twin River Road, turn right at the main gate. Drive about 0.4 miles—the first large parking lot on your left is the North Lot.

We’re bringing back the Lincoln Woods Fun Ride just before the temps drop into deep freeze, and we need your help to keep things running smoothly!

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities on both Saturday and Sunday. Please sign up for the role that works best for you.

All volunteers who sign up here ride the event for free!

Saturday, Nov 15 –

• Arrows Up (10:00 AM) Help mark the course—arguably the most important task of the event! Meet at the Park and Ride and we’ll head out to staple paper arrows along the trails. Familiarity with the trail system is helpful but not required—we can always pair you with someone experienced.

Saturday, Nov 15 –

• Leaf Blowing (12:00 PM) Lincoln is full of tire grabbing rocks, and we don’t want any hiding under fallen leaves! Bring your own blower and follow the course arrows to clear your assigned section. Each volunteer will be given a specific segment so we can spread out and get the entire course cleared quickly.

Sunday, Nov 16

• Course Pre-Ride (7:30 AM) Ride one of the three loops (Expert, Intermediate, or Mellow) to check for missing arrows or any issues. Let us know in advance which loop you'd like to ride.

• Registration
• Early Shift & Set-Up: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Late Shift & Breakdown: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Parking Crew (8:30 AM) Help direct riders and keep parking organized and efficient.

• Photographers Help capture the memories of the event and enjoy the event in the process!

• Arrows Down (2:00 pm ish) Help us remove all arrows from the course once the ride wraps up. We always come up short on this one, so any help is greatly appreciated!
