🎃 HALLOWEEN WEEKEND AT PHOENIX RISING
October 30–31, 2026 | Lincoln, RI
Spend Halloween weekend differently.
This Halloween, we're doing things a little differently at Phoenix Rising in Lincoln.
Two days. Three experiences. A little movement, a little music, and a few unexpected twists.
Whether you're joining us for one experience or spending the whole weekend with us, there's something special happening behind our doors.
🌙 FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30
6:00 PM | Inside Flow: After Dark
A different kind of Friday night.
Our familiar Inside Flow experience takes on a darker, more atmospheric setting for Halloween.
Music, breath, and movement come together in a choreographed practice set to a carefully selected soundtrack, with a little seasonal mystery woven into the evening.
No costumes required. Just bring your mat and come as you are.
Included with all Phoenix Rising memberships.
Non-member registration: $15
🎃 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31
8:00 AM | Pumpkin & Pilates
A little movement. A little autumn fun.
We're bringing a playful seasonal twist to the Pilates mat with a special 75-minute class incorporating mini pumpkins into the practice.
And yes, your pumpkin is yours to take home!
After class, linger for pumpkin spice coffee provided by our neighbors at Public House.
A different kind of Halloween morning, with good company and something warm in your cup.
Individual registration: $30
🌈 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31
11:00 AM | Dark Side Ride
Some rides take you somewhere unexpected.
Step into an immersive experience inspired by the unusual connection between Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon and the classic film The Wizard of Oz.
Music, movement, and projected imagery come together for a ride with a distinctly cinematic atmosphere.
Afterward, enjoy teas and smoothies provided by our neighbors at Lincoln Smoothies.
Individual registration: $20
✨ MAKE A WEEKEND OF IT
Want to experience more than one event?
🎃 Saturday Pair — $40
Includes Pumpkin & Pilates and Dark Side Ride.
🌙 Full Weekend — $50
Includes all three experiences. Available for non-members.
Phoenix Rising members already have access to Friday's Inside Flow through their memberships, so the Saturday Pair is a great option for experiencing the full weekend.
🧡 GOOD THINGS, CLOSE TO HOME
We're bringing a few of our favorite local businesses into the weekend.
☕ Public House — Pumpkin spice coffee after Pilates.
🥤 Lincoln Smoothies — Teas and Smoothies after Dark Side Ride.
🕯️ Wellb Wellness Shop — Locally made pumpkin-scented candles available for purchase throughout the weekend.
