Come join us for a rejuvenating evening of somatic and sound healing in the season of the metal element.

It governs transformation, organisation and setting boundaries.

Governing the Lungs and Large Intestine, Metal energy nurtures our breath and fortifies our body. By harmonizing metal, we enhance the quality of our breath and life force energy.

Embrace this practice with mindfulness and intention, knowing that each breath and each moment of relaxed, focused attention brings you closer to inner harmony and balance.

Why sound healing ?

Every part of us has its own healthy frequency when we are in optimal health.

Stress, negative thinking, emotions and invasive noise can bring us out of tune creating a sense of disharmony.​

In sound healing we work with sound to bring us to balance and harmony through the soothing frequencies of the crystal bowls.

Healing means to become whole or sound in body and mind because we are energy in a state of vibration.

This will be combined with gently somatic moves and breathing to relax the body and mind to recieve the vibrations.

Practical things

-The studio has everything, but feel free to bring your personal little blanket and your water if you like.

- The toilet can be used to get changed, but the studio does not have changing rooms.

- Doors will close at 6:15pm to prevent any disturbance

General precautions:

Crystal bowl sound bath is safe, however for the vibrations generated is not advisable in case of:

-Epilepsy, tinnitus, Ménière’s disease

-Pacemakers

-Metal plates

-Severe mental health problems

-First trimester pregnancy
