Blending elements of yoga, ecstatic movement, meditation, breathwork, and mantra — all set to a curated playlist — this practice supports the body’s innate ability to release stored emotions and restore inner balance.
Each class is a journey through embodied healing, where movement becomes medicine and sound becomes a bridge between your mind, body, and soul. Infused with the intentional wisdom of flower essences, this method helps clear emotional patterns and create space for greater peace, clarity, and harmony.
