Solstice Sound Bath at Graco Park with Fine Tuning Sound Therapy

Join us for a grounding Solstice Sound Bath at Graco Park’s beautiful Riverview Room. Led by Donette Ambrosy of Fine Tuning Sound Therapy, this immersive session blends modern vibrational science with ancient sound-healing traditions, including shamanic drumming and Tibetan singing bowls.

Expect a peaceful, restorative experience designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and support deep relaxation as we welcome the winter season. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you settle comfortably.
