Group Sound Bath with Rosie & JessicaThird Wednesday of every month at 7pm
Join Rosie McCown and Jessica Lux for a deeply restorative group sound bath, designed to calm the nervous system and reconnect you to your inner self. The experience begins with a gentle guided meditation to ground the body and quiet the mind. From there, Rosie and Jessica weave a meditative soundscape using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. Their combined backgrounds in music, healing arts, and energy work create a supportive and immersive environment where sound becomes a pathway to stillness, release, and renewal.
All are welcome—no experience needed. Please bring any props that will help you to feel cozy and comfortable (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask).
