Join us for a powerful and heart-centered Winter Solstice Ceremony at Soluna Mind & Body. As the longest night of the year arrives, we gather together for stillness, reflection, and renewal. This is a night to slow down, breathe deeply, and honor the turning of the season.Guided by Shannon, Mariza, and Jaqueline (Jaguar Lotus), this ceremony blends grounding movement, candlelight ritual, intentional crafting, and sound healing to help you release the old year and welcome the return of the light.

• A gentle embodied flow to awaken inner heat and soften tension
• A reflective Yule craft you’ll take home as a reminder of your intention
