Join us for a 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡 & 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, a calm space to reset and mark the beginning of a new lunar cycle.

𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡: The session is guided by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐆𝐢𝐠𝐢 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫, 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐃, using crystal bowls, chimes, and harmonic instruments to help the nervous system shift out of stress mode. The sound supports relaxation, slows mental activity, and creates room to notice what you’re ready to release and what you want to invite in moving forward. It’s less about “trying” to relax and more about letting the sound do the work.

𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨: We’ll close with 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥-𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚, a pure and minimally processed form of cacao that retains beneficial compounds. It contains theobromine, which increases circulation and creates a warm, steady, grounded feeling in the body (without caffeine jitters). It supports emotional clarity and helps you stay present with yourself in a gentle, accessible way.

Together, the sound bath and cacao offer a quiet reset — letting you leave calmer, clearer, and more connected to your inner pace.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Reflect and set personal intentions for the new moon cycle ahead.

𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨: We’ll close with a small cup of ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala, shared at the end to support integration, warmth, and heart-centered grounding.

If possible, we ask that you please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats. No yoga mat needed! We can provide these items for you if you're unable to bring them. Please dress comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, recent surgery, epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
