Join us for a deeply restorative morning designed to bring you back home to your heart. This unique healing experience combines the soothing benefits of reflexology with the healing vibrations of a sound bath. Supporting relaxation from sole to soul.
Allow yourself to slow down, release tension, and reconnect to yourself.
Event Details📍 Location: Holistic Hub Hamilton (270 Sherman Ave N, Hamilton - 2nd Floor of The Cotton Factory)
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Everything you need will be provided: mats, blankets, bolsters, and props are all included. Simply come as you are in comfortable clothing and allow yourself to receive.
Parking & Finding the Space
Free parking is available on-site at The Cotton Factory. When you arrive, enter through the main Cotton Factory entrance and follow signs for The Holistic Hub Hamilton located on the second floor. Staff will be available to help direct you if needed.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to settle into the space comfortably before we begin.
Whether this is your first sound healing experience or it is a regular part of your wellness journey, all are welcome!
