In a world that rarely hits the pause button, The Mindful Path is your 60-minute sanctuary to bridge the gap between movement and stillness. We begin with intentional yoga flow to inhabit the body, transition into nervous-system-regulating breath work, and conclude with guided meditation.

This is the perfect "transition" class if you know the benefits of meditation but find it difficult to simply sit still or close your eyes; the physical movement and breath work act as a ladder, making it easier to reach that state of quiet. It is an invitation to truly connect with yourself and gain a clearer understanding of what is happening within, leaving you feeling centered, refreshed, and deeply grounded.
