This free event is all about starting your year with movement, connection, and self-care while supporting period equity. Let’s gather, set intentions for 2025, and prioritize our health in a supportive and empowering environment. Wear pink, bring your water bottle and your bestie, and leave the kiddos at home for a peaceful, empowering walk. Donating menstrual products and hygiene essentials is optional.
