Hearts of Synergy: National Kidney Foundation Charity Mat Pilates Class

March is National Kidney Month! Come join us for a special charity mat Pilates class benefiting the National Kidney Foundation! Let's move together for a good cause. All fitness levels are welcome, so don't worry if you're a beginner. Just bring your mat, water bottle, and positive energy.

The class is donation-based at the door with a minimum recommended $20 donation. 100% of proceeds go towards the National Kidney Foundation.

(15 spare mats will be provided in case you forget yours.)

Note: The building is a brown/orange brick building. There is free parking out front (ignore the pay-to-park signs)
