We're awakening something NEW this Spring! Join FLY at a brand new retreat location, The Canandaigua Guesthouse, a circa 1810 brick Italianate style home turned into a bed and breakfast in 2024. This will be our first ever full weekend retreat in Canandaigua, lovingly called, " The Chosen Spot!"You can expect a small, intimate retreat focused on awakening our highest selves and each other, cultivating self-care practices and springing forward to fully embrace our own unique gifts.
