The intention of this event is to hold sacred space for one self to turn inward and connect through Intuitive journaling; a free-flow writing practice that taps into your inner wisdom without overthinking or self-censoring. Instead of following structured prompts or logical analysis, you let your thoughts, emotions, and insights spill onto the page organically. It’s a way to access subconscious thoughts, process emotions, and receive guidance from within. The key is to trust the flow—allowing whatever needs to come through to be expressed without judgment. Please bring an open mind & your own sacred journal / pen for this event. 🙏🏻
Divine Flow is a group Sound Journey that consists of Guided Meditation, Sound Healing that will take you on an Deep Inner Journey if you Allow it, Connection in Like minded Community, A Space to Process & Digest, A Space to Nourish and Meet yourself where you are with An Open Heart and Mind. 🌀
Sound Journeys are typically experienced lying or seated comfortability on the ground. Comfortable mats, and light blankets will be provided by Hayley. As well as the option to relax in a comfortable chair if that feels more aligned for your body. Please feel free to bring a small pillow, as well as anything else that will allow you to cultivate a safe, and comfortable space. 🤎
Hayley utilizes universal elements in the space she cultivates ~ these elements have a vast range but do include essential oils, smudging, and candles ~ if you have any sensitivities to scents please allow Hayley to know prior to the event. 🔥🌊🌍🌬️🪵🌐
