This sound bath journey is intended to guide you into deep relaxation and back into harmony with your mind, body, and spirit. The soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other intuitive sounds, along with warm candlelight, create a grounded, intimate experience in which the body can settle and rest. There is nothing to do or fix but to simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to be held by sound.
This space is trauma-informed, slow, and intentional. You are always in choice and welcome to rest, adjust, or step away as needed.
