Join Ohm instructor Jan Green and Reiki practitioner Diana Sieb to welcome spring and celebrate the year of the fire horse in this Reiki infused Restorative Yoga Workshop!The Year of the Fire Horse is a remarkable event in the Chinese zodiac. While the zodiac cycles every 12 years, the Fire Horse year appears just once every 60 years, making it especially rare. This year is celebrated for its dynamic energy, symbolizing passion, change, and transformation. Horses represent strength, freedom, and spirited perseverance, and the element of fire magnifies these qualities, igniting their brilliance to new heights.The Fire Horse is believed to bring about major changes that break old patterns and inspire new growth!
What to expect:
As we leave the year of the snake and enter the year of the horse, you'll have an opportunity to shed, release, and rest in a relaxing restorative yoga practice with heated eye pillows led by Jan. Renew, energize and realign your chakras (energy centers) with Reiki healing from Diana to prepare your way forward into spring and the year of the horse.
