SWC is turning 1 year old!

SWC launched in September 2023 with a mission to normalise healthier living and bring people together to find like minded individuals and make meaningful connections, and we've done just that! We're bringing back some of our favourite instructors & speakers, have connected with some incredible new ones and are tapping into Wellnergy's awe inspiring network to bring your the best of the best for a one day extravaganza!

What to expect on the day...

We are currently finalising our incredible schedule (which will be released beginning of September) but you can expect:

4 different wellness zones, with all sessions included in your ticket price:

1. High energy movement (lift heavy, sweat hard and go go go)
2. Low impact movement (we're bringing back pilates, yoga and some extra special sessions)
3. Intimate workshops (explore your creativity, get empowered and more...)
4. SWC Flagship Speaker Sessions (dive deeper into gut health, mindfulness and explore new areas of wellness!)

Every hour from 3-7pm we will run something in each zone, and it's up to you which session you want to attend!

Wellnergy + SWC

Wellnergy is all about opening up conversations on different forms of wellness, but keeping it fun!

This summer we took over Wimbledon Park for a day festival jam-packed with energising classes, engaging workshops and expert talks based on our 4 pillars; Mindfulness, Fitness, Nutrition and Music.

Ever experienced a sound bath? Maybe a dance workout is more your thing? There’s no instruction manual on how to look after ourselves, but we aim to encourage our community to explore wellness so that they can find out what works for them.

We’re so excited to join forces with the Social Wellness Club to throw a 1st birthday event we'll all remember… You’ll be spoilt for choice when you see the schedule! 👀

How will the sessions work?

You will register interest for the sessions you'd like to attend after you've purchased your ticket, but these will run on a first come first serve basis, so if the session you want to attend is full you can hop into another session, or...

• Engage with some of our mini activities in the lounge area (to be announced)
• Network with the speakers and instructors
• Mingle with other wellness enthusiasts
• Snack on our samples
• Treat yourself to coffee and food at the deli in The Ministry
• Relax on the open terrace

The sessions will start on the hour every hour at 3pm / 4pm / 5pm / 6pm, and will finish at 45 past to allow time to get to your next one!
