Plunge into a space, all your own, bathed by metallic sound and light with Madisson and Allie. Surrender and freely explore the deep sensations of each posture as you flow through a meditative yin practice, accompanied by an even heavier, immersive soundtrack.
After the yin practice, enjoy a short guided meditation to ground and center before sinking into the therapeutic sound bath, designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. To close, we’ll offer optional hot tea, providing time for community connection and reintegration.
