We are back again this year for Aqua Fit at SMA!Using music- Aerobics-water weights-noodles and stretching for a full body workout!!
Beginning Tuesday May 5 !!!
*Open for ALL ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult and able to follow along.
*Days:
Tuesdays with Susie Dauber
*Time:
6-7pm
*Cost:
$5
—Portion of the Proceeds will be donated to the Parks and Recreation Program—Capital Campaign for a new pool!
**Pool is heated at 82-84 degrees
**Locker rooms for use
**Front and Back Entrance Available as previous years
**in the event of severe thunderstorms/lightning there may be delay start times, early end times or cancellations.
