We are excited to announce another year of Yoga in The Park!This year we will be hosting at Shawmut Park! This park is located in St Mary’s, Pa by the Parking Garage!!!!
Classes will be held every Wednesday from 6-7pm. Please note the following exceptions:
*Wednesday 5/6: This class is tentative based on my son’s track schedule. I will update as I know.
*Wednesday 7/1: this will be our 🇺🇸 Red White and Blue Class where portions of the proceeds will go to our city fireworks! 6-7pm
*Wednesday 7/29: This will be a Full Moon class!
*Wednesday 7/22: No Class as I will be out of town.
Classes will be held beginning May 6 and ending August 26.
In the event of inclement weather we will move to the studio on the Diamond.
Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel as well as water.
There will be a sign in book each week and classes are $10 with portions going to the St Mary’s Parks and Recreation Programs- Capital Campaign for a new pool.

**All ages and levels welcome, however 13 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult.
**This is an exercise at your pace, doctor’s discretion and leisure. The instructor and St Mary’s Parks and Recreation are not responsible for any injuries, anything unforeseen or lost items.
