Start your weekend with a lunchtime workout !! Friday Fusion will “fuse” together all your favorites for a total body workout. Mixing up step, dance, hand weights, core, Tabata, and stretch to name a few!
Details:
✨ Place: Ferragine’s Gym
✨ Day: Fridays
✨ Time: 12:15pm
✨ Cost: Free to gym members. $6 non members.
✨ Amenities: Plenty of parking. Spacious locker room with showers and lockers for your belongings.
✨ Bring a water but we also have some available for $1

**Enjoy Red Light Therapy for only $5 in our full size bed or lamp for location specific/target areas
**Check out any of our tanning beds from turbo to stand up!
**After class, enjoy our sauna for $5 a session!!
I (Julie) have been enjoying the gym for my quiet time. This is one of my favorite places. I encourage you, even if you don’t attend the group class, to come check out the gym!
I was honored to have been asked to teach a class again, (it’s been a few years since I taught here) — For those of you that know me- you know my schedule is tight and evenings are committed. I am excited to bring a lunch time class for my day time crew!
