This Vinyasa-style class offers a slow, mindful flow where poses seamlessly connect and movement is guided by the breath. Expect a motivating and dynamic sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance while remaining grounded in proper alignment. Thoughtful modifications and options are offered throughout the class, making the practice accessible, safe, and effective for all levels.Jessica Jacobson is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and an Ayurvedic Health Counselor with over 20 years of teaching experience and more than 1,000 hours of training in Yoga and Ayurveda. Ayurveda, known as the “Science of Life,” is an ancient holistic health system from India that complements the practice of yoga and honors each individual’s unique constitution.
Jessica teaches with the understanding that no two bodies—or practices—are the same. Her classes emphasize choice and self-awareness, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and practice in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. Each class is thoughtfully balanced, weaving together movement, breath, strength, flexibility, relaxation, and mindful self-observation for a well-rounded and nourishing experience.
This class will be guided in North Straub Park during St. Pete's premier wellness festival The 13th Annual Awakening into the Sun Wellness Festival and Maker's Market! Please allow yourself time to park and plan to stay to grab a snack, catch a music performance, enjoy over 80 unique vendors, holistic practitioners and local artists and have fun in the sun!
