About the Series
Slow Flow yoga is a breath-centered slow Vinyasa Flow Yoga class where students move fluidly
through a sequence of asanas synchronized with the breath, building strength, flexibility, and
mindful awareness. Each class has 45 minutes of asanas with 15 minutes of a guided meditation
focused on nurturing the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit, enhanced by essential oils,
quartz sound bowls, and other sound tools to deepen relaxation and integration.

About the Instructor
A compassionate and accomplished yoga instructor with over 14 years of experience, Noreen is
a registered RYT-500 Yoga Alliance–certified instructor and a Reiki Master Practitioner in the
Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki system. She has extensive experience providing training sessions for
individuals across a wide range of ages and experience levels.
Her expertise includes Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, with a strong focus
on guiding students of all ages toward holistic well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. Each
participant’s capabilities and limitations are carefully considered to design individualized asana
plans tailored to their needs. Instruction integrates asanas and guided meditation enhanced by
essential oils, quartz sound bowls, Koshi chimes, and other sound tools to create a deeply
restorative and meaningful experience. She is highly skilled in developing personalized wellness
plans and motivating participants to achieve their individual goals.
