Celebrating Meditation & Healing for Creatives on Select Sundays: 5-6 p.m. (1/12, 1/19, 2/2, and 2/9)This series is part of the exhibit “Julie Xiao: A Journey”, events in the gallery during this show will center around healing and mediation. Cathcart will explore how movement and meditation benefit the artistic process through rest, mindful flow, and breath.
